Instrument Rentals

We keep a large inventory of violins, violas, and cellos available for rent – and a handful of basses too. We rent full size instruments and fractional sizes down to 1/32 violin, 12” violas, and 1/8 cellos. Basses are available in 1/4, 1/2, and 3/4 sizes.

Instruments may be rented for a minimum of one month and are set up with an automatic recurring payment.

At Bellwood Violin our goal is to provide you with a high quality instrument to fit your specific budget range. Our rental program rates start at $20 per month for violins and violas, and $75 per month for cellos. The exact rental fee depends on the value of the instrument. This plan allows you to build equity toward an instrument purchase. All your rental payments automatically accrue as equity and may be used at any time toward up to half the value of an instrument. Our on-location luthiers adjust all our rental instruments to make your musical journey the smoothest possible.
